City of Utrecht Register to vote for the Dutch members of the European Parliament

The elections for the members of the European Parliament will take place 23 May 2019. As a European citizen living in the Netherlands you may choose to vote in the election of Dutch members of the European Parliament in the Netherlands.

If you want to vote in the Netherlands you have to fill in a declaration. After you have submitted this declaration, you will remain registered in the Netherlands as a voter for the European Parliament as long as you live in the Netherlands.

By mail

Fill in the Declaration on voting for the European Parliament in the Netherlands (pdf, 93 kB) and send it to:

To vote in the Netherlands for the upcoming elections we must receive this form before 9 April 2019. Please take into account that mail delivery may take a few days.

Voting in your member state of origin

If you prefer to vote in your country of origin, no action is required. Did you previously declare to vote in the Netherlands and do you once again want to vote in your member state of origin? Contact us to change your registration at verkiezingen@utrecht.nl or +31 30 286 20 02.
