Explosion and fire in Visscherssteeg

On January 15, an explosion occurred in a house on Visscherssteeg, in the city center. This was followed by a large fire. There is a lot damage and the area is still partially cordoned off. Follow this page for more information. We will update this page regularly.

The incident left 4 people with minor injuries. There is a lot of damage at the site of the fire and in the surrounding area. Repair work is underway and various parties are working together to enable residents and businesses to return to their homes and shops.
